Well I set it to be under the logo I didn't really want it on top of it. And it's placed different for different size computer screens.

This is only to stop people from pirating stuff so doesn't really concern us unless you pirate movies, games, music etc.. like piratebay.

No, it's not.
This act allows them to shut down any site on demand like *snap*.
How do they do this? They simply will block the IP to anyone in the United States.
For everyone outside the United States, they are lucky :/

It also allows them to take down any website like that.
It doesn't take it down, but blocks it to all ISPs that are in the United States.

Piratebay is one example of a site they need to take down.

But do you understand how they take it down?
They don't say "Ok, with this new bill, we block the site to everyone". They say "Ok, with this new bill, we block the site to all ISPs in the United States".
TPB will still be up, just blocked to everyone in the United States.

Just my understanding:

Piracy, and I think stuff that's considered hacking/cyber-terrorism is what it would be used for now. Sites like Zerozaku and CT would probably be shut down if they were found, so yes it does affect us. In the future, it might not just be piracy and hacking, though. This bill gives the government the right to shut down any sites that they want to.

It would most likely be blocking sites like 4chan, Facebook and Tumblr just for being able to post pictures freely, because God forbid we post pictures that we found online to share them with our friends.

The bill has good intentions in stopping piracy, but it takes away a lot of our freedom on the internet.

Anyways Obama already announced that he'd veto the bill if it made it any further.

Well that's a good thing from them stopping people from pirating stuff on that site but there is still a lot more places people can pirate from.

I did and i was saying there is more than one site that people pirate from and i still don't see how zerozaku and computalks have anything to do with pirating.

Then congratulations, you are even more of a moron than before!
Evidently you did not read what I was saying very closely.

Do you understand that the bill would want to shut down sites like Tumblr simply because users can post pictures freely?
The bill goes against freedom of expression.

On top of that, piracy is made out to be a worse thing than it really is.
I understand that large companies lose what seems like a lot of money to us, but they are making WAY more money than they're losing.

I will quote the page you linked to, beeer.
"The Chamber estimates that Hollywood studios, record labels and publishing houses lose $135 billion in revenue each year from piracy and counterfeiting."

Now that sounds like a lot of money, right?

You have to realize that Hollywood studios is a HUGE company.
It has artists signed under it like Breaking Benjamin, Plain White T's, Jesse McCartney, Miley Cyrus, Hilary Duff, and every other damn Disney star, and that's just the musical aspect of the company.

This company won't even disclose the amount of money they're making annually to the public.
If they really had money issues, I'm sure they'd at least state what their whole financial situation is.
My perception is that they don't want to disclose how much they're making because they know they're making so much damn money.

In my opinion, it's quite greedy of them to be asking for 135 billion dollars when I'm sure they have far beyond that.

Also, Raze is handing out free Photoshop which is pirated software, which is enough of a reason for this bill to give the government the right to block Computalks.

TL;DR the bill was a load of horse shit and yes CT is involved with piracy.
